Cluster Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Cluster Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple dark stores, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of store managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

• Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop business plans, and execute initiatives to drive sales and revenue.

• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: - 3+ years of experience in store operations

• Location - Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata Qualifications

• Experience in dark store operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Customer service-oriented mindset

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
