Key Responsibilities:
● Generate Opportunities:
○ Prepare a list of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of Surat and adjoining areas.
○ Visit their offices and manufacturing setup daily.
○ Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and
business goals.
○ Use qualification frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and qualify
for the prospects.
● Product Demo:
○ Personalize your pitch based on industry, business needs, and pain points.
○ Give proper product demonstration, educate prospects about our products/services and
their benefits.
● Follow-up, Conversion and Documentation
○ Handle objections, answer initial inquiries, and nurture leads to move them further
down the sales funnel.
○ Complete agreements and all necessary documentation
○ Ensure payment is collected on time.
○ Smooth Handover to the Onboarding team for further execution.
○ Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure seamless handoff and Go Live.
● CRM Management:
○ Log all activities, track progress, and manage data integrity in the CRM
○ Provide regular reports and insights on lead quality and pipeline progress.
○ Track outreach efforts, response rates, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.Key Requirements:
1. Fluency in Gujrati language: Compulsory verbal and written knowledge and fluency in Gujrati
[MANDATORY]
2. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Experience: Experience in any form of B2B Sales would be preferred
4. Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals on your own
5. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably BBA, MBA)
