Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic BDM to join our team. The role involves face-to-face client meetings and is heavily field-oriented, requiring candidates to be proactive, persuasive, and self-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct sales meetings with clients (primarily B2B / white-collar professionals).

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, and existing networks.

• Understand client needs and present suitable products/services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

• Regularly update reports and share market feedback with the internal team.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90% field work).

• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus.
