Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to manage and guide a team of Field Sales Executives in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, strong team management capabilities, and the ability to drive performance through leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive individual and team sales performance to meet assigned targets across Mumbai regions.

• Field Operations: Plan and execute field activities such as lead generation, product demonstrations, and customer engagement.

• Recruitment and Training: Assist in hiring FOS team members and ensure proper onboarding and skill development.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of team performance, field visits, and sales achievements. Report regularly to the Area/Regional Manager.

• Customer Feedback: Collect market and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and services.

• Process Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, code of conduct, and operational processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• 1+ years of experience in field sales or similar role, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience working with sales targets and incentive structures

• Ability to travel locally within Mumbai on a daily basis

• Proficiency in local language (Marathi/Hindi) and English

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or reporting software is a plus
