• Manage kitchen coordination, logistics and on-ground execution

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure flawless service

• Supervise catering staff and ensure quality & hygiene standards

• Plan menus in coordination with the chef based on event needs

• Manage inventory, timelines and vendor coordination
