We are seeking a highly skilled Google Search Ads Specialist with experience in real estate digital marketing. You will be responsible for the setup, day-to-day management, monitoring, and optimization of Google Search Ads campaigns. This role requires strong collaboration with our marketing team and a deep understanding of real estate lead cycles and workflows.
Set Up & Monitor Campaigns
Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns targeting real estate buyers, sellers, and investors.
Ensure full integration with landing pages, forms, and CRM for flawless lead capture.
Bidding Strategy & Keyword Management
Manage keyword research, selection, and negative keyword lists specific to the real estate market.
Implement and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-lead.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track ad performance using Google Ads and Analytics, interpreting data to adjust campaigns for improvement.
Generate periodic reports highlighting KPIs, lead sources, and campaign insights.
Set up lead tagging, custom conversions, and workflow triggers for advanced reporting.
Collaboration & Alignment
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure ad copy, targeting, and landing pages align with business objectives and campaign messaging.
Share insights and collaborate on creative, promotions, and branding strategy.
Lead Management Integration
Ensure seamless integration of lead capture from Google Ads to forms, landing pages, and CRM tools.
Implement automation for lead tagging, assignment, follow-up tracking, reminders, and lead status updates.
Real Estate Workflow Integration
Understand and map real estate lead cycles: from initial inquiry to nurturing, follow-up, and hand-off to sales teams.
Develop strategies for high-priority/urgent leads and long-term nurture campaigns.
Proven experience managing Google Search Ads (preferably for real estate or lead generation).
Strong skills in keyword research, bid optimization, and ad A/B testing.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, conversion tracking, and analytics.
Experience integrating ad platforms with CRMs and lead management tools.
