Brand Promotion & Campaigns

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for new arrivals, festive collections, offers, and events.

• Collaborate with photographers, designers, or influencers to promote the showroom.

• Promote in-store events like exhibitions, new launches, or bridal shows.

Community Engagement

• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries.

• Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build a loyal audience.

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content (e.g., customer photos with jewellery).

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, etc.).

• Provide weekly/monthly reports to management with suggestions for improvement.

• Handle product inquiries, pricing questions, appointment bookings, and showroom directions.

• Capture leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content styles.

• Use trending audio, challenges, and visual styles (e.g., Instagram Reels trends) creatively with jewellery content.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

• Identify and manage relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and stylists.

• Coordinate barter deals, collaborations, and shout-outs.

Visual Merchandising Support

• Collaborate with store designers and photographers to maintain aesthetic coherence.
