Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to generate quality leads.

• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence through daily posts, stories, reels, and paid ads.

• Lead Generation: Run targeted campaigns for personal, business, and home loan services to acquire new customers.

• Client Communication: Handle inbound leads, respond to queries on WhatsApp, email, and calls with a professional and friendly tone.

• Content Creation: Write captions, scripts, and posts that educate and attract loan seekers.

• Basic Designing: Use Canva or similar tools to create visual content for promotions.

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain client data, follow-up status, and generate weekly performance reports.

• Market Research: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to improve strategy.
