Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Drive traffic, leads, and conversions within budget

• Conduct audience research, keyword planning & A/B testing

• Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with creatives

• Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

• Stay updated with trends and platform changes

• Provide insights and improvement recommendations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years managing Google & Meta Ads

• Proficient in Google Analytics, UTM & conversion tracking

• Familiar with tools like GTM, Hotjar, Looker Studio (optional)

• Strong grasp of bidding, segmentation, retargeting & funnel optimization

• Data-driven mindset with creative execution skills
