Delivery Boy

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers or clients as per the delivery schedule.

• Ensure the safety and security of the products during transit.

• Collect payments when required and maintain proper records.

• Follow the assigned routes and time schedules.

• Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good working condition.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.

• Valid driving license for two-wheeler/four-wheeler (as applicable).

• Proven experience in delivery services preferred but not mandatory.

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to [X] kg).

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
