Job Title: Outbound Voice Process Associate

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000/month (plus incentives)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery, product promotion, or service follow-ups

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Tamil and basic English

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)

• Target-oriented mindset

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Sunday off
