Position - Team Lead for Customer Service
Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Salary - upto 50 k
Criteria :
He/She should have handled a team of 12 to 15 members
E-commerce & BPO experience is a must
Experience in training team members to handle irate/frustrated customers
Experience as a Customer Service Executive for Minimum 1.5 years.
Experience in solving customer queries through calls & mails
Nice to have:
Experience with customer service software & tools (CRM,ticketing systems, fresh desk)
