Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. If you enjoy communicating and have a flair for customer engagement, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidate for interview purpose
Explain what job profile openings we have
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead pipelines
Update everything in excel
Resolve queries and build positive customer relationships
Meet daily/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and closures
Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed
Coordinate with placement team for job openings
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Confidence in speaking and persuading over phone
Target-oriented and self-motivated
