Job Description:
Micah HR Management (an ISO-certified company) is looking for dedicated Associate Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries .
This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 along with excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Tamil and/or regional languages
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer service or a call center is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome)
