• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company

• Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively

• Follow up on interested customers and maintain call logs

• Record customer responses and feedback accurately

• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets

• Build rapport with potential customers and answer basic queries
