Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for loan-related inquiries. The role involves explaining loan products, collecting customer details, and assisting in the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal/business/home loans.

Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.

Coordinate with the sales or processing team.

Handle basic queries and escalate complex issues.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products or loans preferred.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
