About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to support our sales operations, lead client relationship management, and help achieve company revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work closely with both the sales team and senior management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Support in negotiations, deal closures, and contract management.
Ensure the sales team follows company processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Handle escalations and resolve client queries efficiently.
Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and payments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
