Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, understand requirements and respond quickly.
• Log customer interactions in required format and execute
• co ordinate with clients and suppliers
• Collaborate with team members and execute client orders
• Create new product catalogs, update price list, upload images in social medua and website.
• Handle online and ad hoc orders

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role involves attending and executing customer requirements, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
