Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (9-hour login per day)
Week Offs: Rotational week offs
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Graduates: Freshers eligible
Undergraduates: Must have a minimum of 6 months of customer support experience
Compensation:
CTC: ₹24,500 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month
