Eligibility:

• Min 6 months customer service experience

• Experience handling escalated customers.

• Strong verbal & written English.

• Telugu/Kannada/Bengali/Malayalam Required.

Shifts:

• Females: Day shift

• Males: 24×7 rotational

• 5 days working | 2 rotational offs

Salary:

• CRM Executive: Up to ₹25K - ₹35K in-hand As per the experience.
