We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our stock market team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling investment queries, resolving concerns, and providing guidance on equity, mutual funds, and other investment products. A strong understanding of stock market basics and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :
Open new client accounts (Demat, Trading, Mutual Funds) and ensure complete documentation and KYC compliance.
Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding their investment-related queries.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized service and timely responses.
Provide assistance in account opening, portfolio tracking, and basic trading-related support.
Understand client needs and help them choose appropriate financial products (equity, mutual funds, SIPs, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments (trading, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth client service.
Stay updated on stock market trends, financial news, and company offerings to better assist clients.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Handle client escalations and work toward timely and effective resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Ability to explain complex financial terms in a simple way.
Good listening skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
NISM Certification (Series VIII or others) is an added advantage.
