- Provide support and guidance to candidates regarding job placements
- Address client queries and maintain positive relationships
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
Outbound Communications:
- Conduct follow-up calls with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Reach out to clients for feedback and relationship building
- Coordinate between candidates and clients for smooth placement process
- Maintain regular communication schedules as per company protocols
Coordination Duties:
- Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and clients
- Maintain detailed records of candidate and client interactions
- Assist in onboarding processes for new placements
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks

### 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Education: 12th Pass (Minimum) - Higher education preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years in BPO/Call Center/Customer Service
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English (spoken and written)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems)
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy
