The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, ramen, and other authentic dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes with precision and creativity.

• Manage kitchen operations related to Japanese cuisine.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Source and manage inventory of Japanese ingredients and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Train junior kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques.

• Collaborate with the restaurant manager and culinary team for menu planning and innovation.
