Tripole Gears is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our production team. If you’ve worked with soft goods like apparel, bags, or gear—and can balance cost, quality, and timelines and inventory—this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Manage raw material sourcing and procurement

• Continuously scout and onboard better vendors

• Oversee procurement of finished goods via limited fabricators

• Coordinate with store/dispatch teams for inventory availability

✅ You Should Have

• 2–5 years’ experience in sourcing and purchase

• Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and vendor development

• Strong negotiation and documentation skills

• An eye for detail and the ability to work across departments
