We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee our client projects from shoot to final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage multiple wedding projects simultaneously from initial client discussion to final delivery.
Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, handling queries, and providing timely updates.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Timeline & Workflow Management: Prepare production schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with album printing partners, freelance editors, and other external collaborators.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve edited photos, videos, and albums before delivery to ensure they meet brand standards.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve issues related to scheduling, resource availability, or client feedback.
File & Data Management: Ensure proper backup and organization of project files on drives and cloud storage.
