Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare meeting material, attend meetings with the Chairman, take minutes and
track action items.
o Serve as the interface between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
o Calendar management for the Chairman
o Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
o Manage scheduling requests and follow-up actions.
o Manage travel planning for the Chairman by researching options, collecting
necessary documents, preparing itinerary drafts, coordinating with local transport
and hospitality arrangements.
o Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure administrative follow-ups
are completed.
o Actively learn from the current team in the Chairman’s office, understand
expectations, work style, and preferred protocols.
o Handle sensitive information with high integrity and discretion
o Manage personal errands or minor tasks as directed by the Chairman.
