Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
· 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant in finance/accounting roles.
Certification
· Preferred: CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
Essential Duties / Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings, travel, and deadlines.
· Prepare financial reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.
· Coordinate cross-departmental communications for finance-related matters.
· Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
· Maintain confidential records (financial, legal, and HR documents).
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
· Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder visits.
· Handle ad-hoc tasks such as research, data analysis, and process improvements.
