1. Provide administrative support to the Director.
2. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
3. Develop and maintain effective follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
4. Handle business documents (POs, invoices, complaints, enquiries, etc.) and ensure accuracy.
5. Utilize G-Suite tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.) for efficient workflow management.
6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors in English and Hindi (Gujarati a plus).
