About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support our management team with day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and have excellent organizational skills to help streamline business activities and communication.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and general administration
Organize and respond to emails, calls, and business correspondence
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars
Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of management
Assist in project tracking and coordination
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports/presentations as needed
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar management tools
Strong command of Advanced Excel and experience in using Power BI for reporting
Excellent time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred)
