## Job Summary:
The Logistics & Documents Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the documentation and logistics process to ensure smooth shipment, clearance, and delivery of goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, a good understanding of shipping and customs documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
## Key Responsibilities:
### Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and clearing agents for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or issues proactively.
• Track cargo movements and update stakeholders on shipment status.
### Documentation:
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documents.
• Submit and follow up on shipping instructions with carriers and agents.
### Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to local and international logistics regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of import/export laws, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate periodic logistics reports for internal use.
### Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, production, etc.) for order and delivery planning.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as required.
• Support customs clearance and related administrative processes.
## Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination and documentation, preferably in an export/import environment.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP/logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience: 4- 5 yrs
Qualification: Graduate
Salary : 15000 to 20000 K ( salary is not a concerned for right candidate)
