Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with jewellery selections, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately, including billing/invoicing using the store’s system.

- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation.

- Manage email communications related to customer inquiries, orders, and promotions.

- Maintain organized records of transactions and inventory levels.

- Support store operations by maintaining product displays and ensuring compliance with store policies.

Qualifications:

- Basic computer proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., data entry, simple formulas) and email management.

- Experience with billing, invoicing, or point-of-sale (POS) systems (training provided if needed).

- Previous retail experience (preferably in jewellery or luxury goods) is a plus but not required.

- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
