Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

• Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data.

• Maintain logs of activities and completed tasks.

• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry to meet project or operational deadlines.
