Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery

• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure accurate stock records

• Manage and update warehouse MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs

• Supervise loading/unloading activities, packaging, and storage processes

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards in warehouse operations

• Support the implementation of operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Handle documentation including invoices, GRNs, gate passes, and delivery challans

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams for smooth fulfillment

• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruption

• Assist in conducting periodic audits and physical stock verifications
