Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our real estate team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about the property market and have excellent communication skills. You will support the sales team in managing client inquiries, property viewings, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily property inquiries and follow-ups

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person

• Help prepare sales documents, agreements, and listings

• Work closely with marketing to promote new properties

• Ensure all client information is kept confidential and updated

• Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome; any sales or customer service experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Any stream)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Interest in real estate and client servicing

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Two-wheeler with driving license (optional but preferred for site visits)
