Back Office Operations

Looking for #freshers, semi-experienced or those willing to re-start their career at our Patna office for Backoffice work. Our office is at Shivpuri, Off Boring Road, Patna.

We are into verification and investigation (RCU/ Fraud risk Mgmt/ FCU) assignments on behalf of our clients that are major insurance companies (Life & General). Work is office related; need to co-ordinate with the field team, clients and arrange the case survey/ verifications; do desktop investigation; prepare the reports, avoid escalations; meet companies targets of quality reporting of the verified cases, training and sensitizing the field team with new updates etc.

Required Skills:

• Preferred a graduate (any stream),

• Grammatically correct English writing skills,

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

• Should be eager to learn new processes and have interpersonal skills

• working knowledge of e-mails

• The monthly net payout will range between 9K to 14K depending upon skill set and English; 3 months' probation followed by confirmation.

• Scope of increment post probation period to quick learners and contributors.
