We are hiring a Back office Executive to manage our internal dashboards, generate reports, and assist in business insights for our food franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheet reports

* Track performance of online platforms like Swiggy & Zomato

* Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

* Ensure accuracy of data and identify improvement areas

* Experience in MIS/Data Entry/Analysis preferred

* Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)

* Familiarity with food delivery platforms is a plus

* Strong communication and coordination skills
