We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, data management, and support operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, managing documents, and assisting other departments when required.
Handle data entry and update internal databases
Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other back-end tasks
Respond to emails, phone calls, and follow-up tasks as directed
Ensure timely completion of all assigned work with accuracy
Support HR, accounts, and operations team as needed
Perform basic administrative duties like filing, scanning, and printing
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in a back office or admin role is an advantage
