✔ Manage voucher entries with GST compliance
✔ Handle sales, purchase, inward & outward documentation
✔ Maintain daily accounts in ERP and update spreadsheets
✔ Prepare accurate quotations and professional documents
✔ Perform financial calculations and keep records updated
✔ Follow up on payments and manage receivables/payables
Required Skills:
🖥 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Google Sheets
📌 Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
🗣 Effective written and verbal communication
📞 Good interpersonal and follow-up abilities
🧠 Ability to multitask and handle clerical/admin duties efficiently
