About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-obsessed Lead Interior Designer who can take charge of residential projects from concept to completion. If you're passionate about design innovation, storytelling through space, and leading a team to bring curated interiors to life — this is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Own the design process end-to-end: client briefing, concept creation, presentations, working drawings, and execution support

• Lead a team of junior designers and coordinate with engineers, and site managers

• Create design boards, 3D renders, material palettes, and furniture layouts aligned to client expectations

• Keep up with material innovations, global interior trends, and client lifestyle needs

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in residential interior design

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or equivalent tools)

• Strong aesthetic sense and technical knowledge of finishes, fittings, and detailing

• Experience in client handling, team management, and site coordination

• A creative yet practical approach to space planning and design challenges
