Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and
payments.
● Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements,
and cash flow statements.
● Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate
payments.
● Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure
compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
● Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
● Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
● Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and support
internal audits.
● Provide timely updates on accounts and financial status to the
management team.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
● Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office,
especially Excel.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
