Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions and general ledger functions

Bookkeeping: Bills entry, journal vouchers (JV), and bank reconciliation

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Customer Purchase Plan entry

Match and reconcile ledger accounts

Monthly TDS reconciliation and reporting

Assist in internal and external audits

Skills & Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and procedures

Hands-on experience with general ledger functions and reconciliations

Solid understanding of accounting software (Tally ERP-9)

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel

Typing speed: 30+ WPM

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
