Executive / Sr. Executive – Debt Collection (Off-Roll, IC Role)

Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B client portfolios for collections

• Coordinate directly with clients via phone/email

• Update payment statuses and maintain MIS reports

• Report to Team Lead or Manager on daily collection performance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

• Good written and verbal communication
