Job Title: Pharma Warehouse Team Leader

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive items.
Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance where applicable.
Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct team briefings and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and accountability.
