Quality Manager

Product Quality & Inspection

• Define and monitor quality parameters for plastic molded components.

• Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.

• Approve first-piece inspection and new component validation.

• Manage dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Profile Projector, CMM, etc.

Quality System Management

• Establish and maintain ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.

• Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, quality plans, and control plans.

• Maintain proper documentation: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, etc.

Customer Quality & Communication

• Handle customer complaints, NCRs, and rejection analysis.

• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, Fishbone, and Why-Why analysis.

• Coordinate with OEM & Tier-1 clients for audits and quality approvals.

Supplier Quality

• Monitor supplier incoming quality and vendor audits.

• Define acceptable quality levels and sampling plans.

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop QA/QC team and inspectors at shop floor.

• Train workforce in quality awareness, defect identification, Poka-Yoke, 5S, etc.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and zero defects.

Production Support

• Work closely with production to reduce scrap and rejections.

• Monitor molding parameters, process capability, and tolerance adherence.

• Approve alternate raw materials / masterbatch / additives if required.
