A picker/packer is an essential warehouse role responsible for fulfilling customer orders. They locate requested items from inventory (picking) and prepare them for safe shipment (packing)

Order Picking: Review order slips or use handheld digital scanners to locate specific products and quantities from warehouse inventory.
Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects, damage, or missing parts before packaging.
Packaging: Select appropriate boxes, envelopes, or crates and use materials like bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit
