Inventory Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Inventory Manager to oversee and manage all inventory-related activities including tracking, ordering, stocking, and auditing. The Inventory Manager will ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet operational needs without overstocking or understocking, while minimizing costs and inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all warehouses or stores.

• Track incoming and outgoing stock using inventory management systems.

• Forecast demand and ensure timely reordering of stock to meet sales and production needs.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align stock availability with business needs.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports for management.

• Optimize inventory storage and layout for efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Train and supervise inventory staff, if applicable.
