मुख्य उद्देश्य (Primary Objective):

मरीज को सुरक्षित, आरामदायक और गरिमापूर्ण वातावरण में उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली दैनिक देखभाल और भावनात्मक सहयोग प्रदान करना, जिससे उनके स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण में सुधार हो सके।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• दैनिक जीवन की गतिविधियों में सहायता (Assistance with Activities of Daily Living - ADLs):

• नहाने, कपड़े बदलने, और व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता (जैसे: दाँत साफ़ करना, बाल संवारना) में मरीज की मदद करना।

• शौचालय जाने और डायपर/कैथेटर की देखभाल में सहायता करना।

• चलने-फिरने (Mobility), बिस्तर पर करवट बदलने (Repositioning), और व्हीलचेयर में लाने-ले जाने में मदद करना।

• स्वास्थ्य की निगरानी (Health Monitoring):

• मरीज के महत्वपूर्ण संकेत (Vital Signs) जैसे रक्तचाप (Blood Pressure), नाड़ी (Pulse Rate), श्वास दर (Respiration Rate), और तापमान की नियमित जाँच करना और रिकॉर्ड रखना।

• स्वास्थ्य या व्यवहार में किसी भी असामान्य बदलाव को तुरंत नर्स या डॉक्टर को बताना।

• निर्धारित समय पर दवाइयाँ देने में नर्स/डॉक्टर की सहायता करना (केवल निर्देशानुसार)
