Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced and service-oriented Senior Stewards to join our F&B Service team in Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist stewards in daily restaurant operations.

• Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area is well-maintained.

• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests courteously.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery.

• Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per restaurant standards.

• Support captains and management in service execution and staff training.

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of experience in F&B service or hospitality.

• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

• Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.

• Team player with leadership qualities.
