Job Summary

Alpha Novaa Aviation Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Aviation Hospitality Management Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students aspiring for careers in aviation, hospitality, customer service, and travel industries. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to mentor students for successful career placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service Management.

• Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, and learning materials.

• Train students in communication skills, personality development, grooming, and interview preparation.

• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.

• Provide career guidance and industry insights to students.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

• Stay updated with current aviation and hospitality industry trends.

• Support placement activities and student development programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Training, or Customer Service.

• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
