Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales.

• Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele calling/tele sales (freshers can also apply).

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entries).

• Good listening skills and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound calling/inside sales.

• Knowledge of the industry or relevant products/services.
